4 Syte Music Videos Awards back again

it's that time again! The 2011 4 Syte Music Video Awards is coming up soon which is heavily backed by Vodafone Ghana.

At the media launch on last Monday, it was made to the media that submission of Ghanaian music videos have been opened for musicians whose works fall within November 2010 to September 2011 period.  September 2011 is also the deadline of collection of videos for Ghana’s VMAs.

‘Best African Act’, ‘Best Highlife’, ‘Best Storyline’, ‘Best Male’, ‘Best Reggae’, ‘Discovery of the Year’, ‘Best Group’, ‘Best Choreography’, ‘Special Effects’, ‘Best Photography’, ‘Best Gospel’, ‘Best Collaboration’, ‘Best Female video’, ‘Best Hip life video’, ‘Best Cinematography’, ‘Best overall video’, ‘Best Editing and ‘Best Directing’ are the categories up for grabs.

The panel of judges for this year’s award are Abraham Ohene Djan, (CEO of OM Studios), Ivan Quashigah, CEO of Farmhouse productions. U ’93) and Ramesh Jai, CEO of Apex Advertising, who will be looking at areas of ‘location’, ‘costumes’, ‘storyline’, ‘direction’ and other factors.

Vodafone Ghana signed an exclusive three year contract with 4SYTE studios, an all round entertainment powerhouse, to sponsor all 4SYTE TV and 4SYTE events.

The awards show will also give the stage to some of the biggest performers who have created some buzz over the past few months.
