Jim Iyke To Host Own Reality Show

Controversial Nollywood actor Jim Iyke is set to host his own TV reality show which he won’t be calling Keeping up with Jim Iyke , sadly, just like the Kardashians on American entertainment TV network E!.

Jim Iyke’s reality show called Jim Iyke Unscripted promises to show a side of the bad boy actor never known before.

Jim Iyke

Unscripted is a joint production of Africa Magic and Oh Africa TV and like a thorough reality TV show will have cameras and lights shadowing Jim Iyke’ s every move in almost every area of his life.

Reports say the reality show was sealed by Jim’s UK-based management company, Greyology Inc.

Jim Iyke has started production so Unscripted should hit the screens very soon.

Juliet Ibrahim, Jackie Appiah, Confidence, Trigmatic, John Dumelo, Prince David Osei Others For “Halloween Weekend With Stars”

Come 2nd November, Accra would come to a standstill as all the big names in Ghanaian showbiz will converge at the hub of entertainment, the plush Aphrodisiac Night Club to party for a worthy cause.

The event "Halloween Weekend with the Stars" is a Juliet Ibrahim Foundation Initiative headed by ace actress Juliet Ibrahim and supported by Project Smiles headed by C.E.O of Aphrodisiac Confidence.

The event is billed to be an annual event and is set to raise funds to help kidney cancer patients and create awareness on the disease.

The night would be filled with highly exciting activities all in the bid to raise funds to support the cause of the foundation. Activities such as "Celebrity Date Auctions, Celebrity Product Auctions" will mark the night and make it more than just another party night.

The event is powered by event giants Blueprint District. Celebrities billed for the night includes John Dumelo, Jackie Appiah, Prince David Osei, Pascaline Edwards, Trigmatic, Eddie Watson, Nikki Samonas, Vicky Zugah, James Gardiner, Benny Blanco, Deborah Vanessa and the list rolls on.

This is not the first time the Juliet Ibrahim Foundation has embarked on such a project. Babie of TV3 ‘Hot Gossip’ Goofs On TV

In an era where information is easily accessed via the internet and with the aid of social media, it is very imperative for media personalities to equip themselves with the right information through proper research before airing their shows and not just put out any uninformed news.

Although I’m not so much a fan of ‘Hot Gossip’ on TV3, I took pains to watch the programme this Saturday, October 27 and to my utmost surprise, the host congratulated winners of Ghana DJ Awards and called it a “great event”; an event which was not held and postponed due to technical hitches, according to organizers of the event.

In as much others would want to save her head because the show was pre-recorded, the question that comes to mind is, “Couldn’t the show have been edited as the they had well over 12 hours on their hands before airing the show on Saturday?”

Some of these practices therefore leave me to wonder if one can trust the ‘Hot Gossip’ anchor and her team to give us the right information.
